Ally Bank - Do It Right

Ally Bank has always been a bank that believes in doing it right by their customers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we continued to do it right.

While the rest of the brands were shooting from the hip, we knew that Ally had a place to show up. During the pandemic, a lot of money questions were coming up and understanding finances even when there isn’t a global emergency is hard. We turned our social channels into a source of easy-to-understand financial information that people wanted to know about.

It wasn’t about winning. It was about giving our customers and prospects the information they needed when they needed it.
